Employer Registration

Please follow this link https://form.jotform.com/242672328829062 to register your entity in our recruitment services, our team will review your profile and once it’s approved you will receive your login credentials on the e-mail address submitted in the registration form.
In normal cases, it takes around 5 working days to receive your credentials, if the submitted data is not complete or not clear, the process would take longer duration.

Students & Alumni Registration

The portal is exclusive to the students and alumni of the GUC and its officially associated entities.
Yes, all users will need to register on the landing page to access the portal, a verification e-mail will be sent to you confirming the account creation.
Yes, the registration is only considered using the GUC domain or its officially associated entities, whether for students or alumni.
Visit http://student.guc.edu.eg/alumni/AlumniRegWelcome.aspx and follow the steps, after the successful creation you will be able to register on the portal.
You should sign-up using your student e-mail until the alumni e-mail is created.
Yes, you can login from any device as long as it is connected to the internet. However, for the best user experience, a laptop or desktop is recommended.
Check your login credentials. If you have an issue logging-in, you can reset your password on the landing page, and try logging in again. If you are not a graduate or students of the GUC or any of its officially associated entities, you will not be able to register.

Job/Internships Applications

The role of the SCAD office is to connect the students & alumni with a wide range of career opportunities, yet it is up to every employer to choose the candidate who best fit the selection criteria.
Yes, we offer CV/Resume reviews upon request. For more information, please click on the “Students” tab to request an appointment or join us at our upcoming events where these services are offered.
No, you can only apply once.
This depends on the time that the employers will collect/download the CVs, hence we advise all applicants to review their CVs before uploading it.
Regretfully, we do not share the employers contact information.

Employer:

Employer can post their jobs and internships openings through our online portal, registration is required to be able to login and share your vacancies.
No, you have access to only those who applied to your vacancies.

Students Internships:

Yes, completing the required internship duration is a requirement for graduation. The link to the internship guidelines is available on the “Students” tab on SCAD Career Portal and also available on the intranet.
No, the internship is not submitted here, it is submitted on the Internship Submission Link, please follow the link shared in our official internship submission e-mail.
There are two official cycles for submission throughout the academic year: one at the beginning of the Fall/Winter semester and one at the beginning of the Spring semester. We announce via email when each cycle opens, so be sure to check your inbox for updates! Always ensure submitting your documents in the cycle following the completion of the internship.
The status is updated on the “Students Portal”.
Support letters are provided upon a student's request. Please click on the “Students” tab for more information.

Alumni

You need to visit the SCAD office from Sunday to Thursday to fill out the request form. After that, please email us with the subject line containing your name and ID number, along with a photo of yourself against a white background in 4x6 dimensions. Then, wait for an email from us notifying you when it’s ready for pickup, and you can come pick it.
You can update your contact information by contacting us at alumni@guc.edu.eg with a request to update your details or visit the “Alumni” tab on SCAD Career Portal for the link.
With your alumni ID, you can access the university and library, and benefit from the WIR - GUC loyalty program, offering a range of exclusive discounts for GUC students, alumni, and staff across various brands.
Visit the GUC graduation office in B4 – ground floor, you can request it in person or through an authorized person, you should fill the request, pay the associated issuance fees at the financial affairs office “same building”, then submit the form back to the graduation office.

It takes from 10 to 15 working days for the issuance, depending on the type of the requested document.
