At the German University in Cairo (GUC), Active Working Groups (AWGs) “Students clubs & activities” play a vital role in fostering a vibrant campus culture through a variety of student-led clubs and events. To ensure that all speakers and topics align with the university's values and objectives, SCAD office, is responsible for reviewing and approving all proposed speakers and event topics. This process guarantees that every event contributes positively to the GUC community.

How to get SCAD approval?

1. Assign a contact person to handle all the communications with the SCAD office by filling out the Contact Person Form available at this link: https://forms.gle/vBU1tnSvs7uwX7We8
2. Submit the L&D Request by filling out the L&D Request Form available at this link: https://forms.gle/GV6ktQgq8yhJebK6A
3. Sponsorship L&D Form by filling out Sponsorship L&D Form available at this link: https://forms.gle/eJnGyvqkXsppga92A
4. You’ll receive the acceptance/ rejection within 3-5 working days from the request submission date.
